hi everyone,

Currently my status is conditional PR that I have to live with my sponsor ( spouse) for 2 years.
We have bought a house together in QC.

My sponsor is currently having a job opportunity (4 months intern) in ON and it is a very good chance for his career. However, I am not able to move with him to ON because I have a job in QC and I have to pay our house too...

If he takes this chance, we will not be able " continuously" living together and will this repeal my conditional PR in the future?

Thanks!

CIC would probably consider that this breaches the condition. But probably CIC will never know about it - you two have not actually broken up, so neither of you is going to report that the relationship is over. We don't have much information on how much effort CIC is putting into checking that people have fulfilled the condition. It seems that if no one complains, they don't check.

The fact you have a house together is a point in your favour. Keep evidence that both of you are paying for it. Also keep proof of your communication during the time apart.

Is he working for goverment or a civilian company?

Ok then try to keep as much evidence as possible that the relation is still ongoing and that you don'T live together for professional reason. It will be ok.
And as CanadianWoman said; if nobody complain CIC will probably never know ;)
