Calling sponsors who live in Quebec. Is the waiting time longer when ur sponsor lives in Quebec?

no it s the same , you have just to do a document called CSQ

Hi guys. I just received an email from CIC, a letter of final request regarding medical request and CSQ. Did anyone receive the same email from them? Also it says that we have to personally email them the medical results and CSQ. I thought that the doctor and government of Quebec will do that?
