My wife sponsored me with an inland application which was approved. I had included my kids in the application but not to come to canada yet .they have just done there medicals and security checks I just wanted to know if she could apply for them as I have not received my pr yet .if she should do it now will it affect me in any way

If you don't have your PR yet, change them now to accompanying. Otherwise, either she or you will have to start all over again - fees, medicals, etc - to sponsor them. If they're already on this ap, which has not been finalized, and you've changed your mind about bringing them to Canada now, just let Vegreville know you want to change their designation. They'll tell you what needs to happen.

It looks like his application has been approved, so it is probably too late to change from unaccompanied, but he should try, as He would have to sponsor them, as they are not his new spouses dependents.
