Good Morning,
Form IM1344 asked "In the five years preceding this application, did you become a permanent resident after being sponsor as a spouse, common - law or conjugal partner?"

I was sponsored by my ex-spouse and I formally received my Permanent resident status in Oct 15, 2014; in 2018 I received my Canadian Citizenship status. Am I eligible to sponsor my parents?

Thank you!

Yes - you are eligible. You just can’t sponsor a new spouse until October 2019.

Thanks a lot.
I thought because it was happen for more than 5 years that might be "NO".

Ah, yes, I didn't look at the year that you posted. If it has been more than 5 years since you landed as a PR, you can answer No.
