Hello,
So my husband became a Permanent resident in 2014 after I had sponsored him as a spouse and he's been living in Canada ever since. He got his Canadian citizenship in January of 2020. Question #5 on application IMM 1344
Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking asks "In the five years preceding this application, did you become a Permanent resident after being sponsored as a spouse, common-law or conjugal partner? Do I mark yes or no? He's the one sponsoring for his parents.
Thank you.
