Sponsor Checklist versus Immigrant's Checklist

There is a checklist in the Sponsor forms that indicate the order of the forms and supporting documents. There is also a checklist in the appendix a of the immigrant's forms. The order of the forms requested is not the same. I assumed we would follow the sponsor's checklist and it would not be a problem. However, when we called CIC, the person told us to include the documents in the sponsor checklist and then AGAIN what was asked in the Applicant's checklist. This seemed just crazy to us to include the forms twice. Does anyone have any insight into this?

I know it doesn't sounds like a big deal, but don't want our forms rejected due to some technicality.

The difference in order I am referring to is (3 and 4 are flipped depending which checklist you look at):

Sponsor Checklist:
1 Application for Permanent Residence.
2 Schedule 1.
3 Spouse/Partner Questionnaire.
4 Additional Family Information.
5 Use of a Representative.

Checklist in APPENDIX A of Immigrant's Forms:
1 Application for Permanent Residence.
2 Schedule 1.
3 Additional Family Information.
4 Spouse/Partner Questionnaire.
5 Use of a Representative.

the sponsor checklist will have the applicants forms in it as you are the one who will be putting the package together and sending it to CPC-M.. the applicants checklist has the forms you need from him and country specific support documents.. you dont need 2 sets of the applicants forms.. If that is what they said that is wrong!

Yes, we were actually told to include them twice!!! I couldn't believe it!

In terms of the order of the immigrant's forms, which would we follow? the sponsor guide or the immigrant guide? do i put the Spouse/Partner Questionnaire first or the Additional Family Information first.

What?! You don't need 2 sets of documents. That's crazy.

I just used the order on the sponsor's document checklist. I didn't even notice if there was a different order on the immigrant's document checklist. I really don't think it's going to make a huge difference either way. Don't stress over it.
