Sponsor Bank Statement Problem

Here is the situation:

1) 50000$ in sponsor's account (non-salary account). The amount is there for the past SIX months.Since this is NOT his salary account, the amount is maintained at 50K in that account (no deposit, no withdrawl).

2) 12000$ in my own personal account, which is my salary account. The amount is there for the past THREE months.
3) My sponsor's employer letter. I have a letter from his office confirming his position in the company and his duration of work . No mention of salary in that one too.
4) My own employer offer letter and payslips.


Now for some reason, I can't get the statements from his SALARY account. My sponsor lives in a tax free country so I can't ask for tax returns either. So do this suffice as proof of funds, or do I still have to show that my sponsor is well established and that he can, in addition to sponsoring me, support his own family. I'm attaching his employer letter as proof of his establishment. Can't give his salary bank details.

Suggestions?

if you cannot get statements then atleast the employer's letter should mention the salary.

I'm trying to get the letter with salary mentioned.
Doesn't my own bank statement have any significance? I got 12000$ in my acc, but since that isn't sufficient, that's why I had to ask for sponsorship.

i have following academics
Class 10 - 8.0 CGPA
Class 12 - 86.6 % commerce
IELTS - 6.5 band

my problem is i want to know whether the funds i m showing are sufficient or not as i m applying for a degree program of 4 years of study in manitoba

I got my letter of acceptance from the university

My total fees including room and meal is 11000 CAD$ for one year
and i m showing following docs:
6.0 lacs through education loan
2-3 lac in bank a/cs
5-6 lacs of valuation statement from CA
6 lacs in form of my receipts of first year college tuition fees and residence and meal paid amount
totaling around 20-21 lacs
last but not least my family support from my father, mother and brother

will i will get the visa or not as i m confused regarding my financials
and one more thing should i apply under university or general category
as i have completed my 12 class last year and i m working since then with a firm so should i attach a letter of employment from that firm or should i do something else and did not show that employment
i just want to make my case strong and want to file my VISA on safe side

Please help me with this i will be very grateful to you

hello princepk. does your brother have online banking? if he can't get the statement directly from the bank he probably can download an online copy of his statement but just make sure the copy provides a snapshot of his banking activity over the course of the past 4 months.

He sent me pdfs of his past six months statements, but there is no activity in his account, since that isn't his salary account anymore. (he maintains his salary in another account). So there's that 48,000 $ in that acc. I've asked him to write a letter mentioning he is willing to give em 20,000$ for my expenses. The rest I will bear by the 12,000$ I have in my account. So does that suffice? I will also attach his original employer letter (but that letter doesn't mention his salary).
Any ideas?

ask him to write an affidavit of support that mentions that he is your sponsor and have enough funds to support you...dont tell them that u will take 20000 ask them that u have enough money to support(40000).then attach his and your bank statement with it...if possible transfer that money from his account to urs..

hello princepk. Get the employer letter and in addition see if you can obtain his pay stubs (over the course of the past 4 months) which will indicate the amount of money he receives monthly.
