Hey to all
We (me, my wife and my daughter) have got Pr Canada in jan 2014 and move there (Toronto, Ontario) in Aug 2014. Accordingly we have made our planning. I stayed there for 3 month I:e from Aug-2014 to Nov-2014. I have got PR card, OHIP Card And Ontario G license, also worked there and Filled T4.) But my wife and my daughter had stayed there for 1 month I:e from Oct-2014 to Nov-2014. They have got Pr Cad, but not apply OHIP health card), we all move back to Indian on Nov.2014 due to my father heath problem (who is in India). Now my wife is pregnant and gone with her 2 month
My wife have got good job in India, if she continue with her job till 2024 she would be eligible for all benefits after Volunteer retirement. Accordingly we have 2 plans, kindly suggest me which one is best for me.
Plan 1>
1. If we move Canada in her 3 month and delivery would be in Canada and new baby will got Canadian status and after that they (my wife and my daughter and new baby )will come back to Indian and she continue with her job till 2014. In this case she will get 1 year maternity leave but have not fulfilled her PR obligation as well as my daughter. But new baby will be Canadian passport and stay India till 2024. In 2024 can I will sponsor them again.

Plan 2>

2. Only I came back to Canada and my wife’s delivery would be in Indian and also she continues with her job till 2024. In 2024 can I will sponsor them again.

Both options sound wonderful to me, birth tourism and health system burden for non-residents. You do realize this forum is for people who actually WANT to LIVE in Canada WITH their families?

Why did you apply for PR if you aren't going to actualy LIVE here?? Just for benefits???
