hi guys i sponsored my husband who lives in Pakistan in July 2013 its February 2014 (6 months) now and i found out that im pregnant
WILL THIS HELP MY CASE TO GET ANY FASTER?
SHOULD I APPLY FOR A VISIT VISA?
WHAT ARE THE CHANCES THE VISA WILL BE ACCEPTED?
reaally need to know.....

-it wont make it faster, because the VO doesn't know if it's your husband's baby, or another man's

DOES VO know his father ? or he is a baby of another mans? Yes he will definitely say my mom tell me , what a strange Reply?
Pregnancy really counts and it is good for case.

Pregnancy is a positive sign for the case. However, that doesn't mean they will process it faster just because you are pregnant.

Depending on when the baby arrives, does your husband have to inform CIC about the baby. The baby need to be added to the family form. Otherwise the husband can be denied PR due misrepresentation of not listing all children Canadian or non-canadian.

If the baby born after the husband lands, then nothing changes. However he will be subject to conditional PR.

1. No, it won't speed up the application.
2. He would have to apply for the TRV, as the application shows, his intention is remain permanently, so it there is a very slim chance that a TRV will be issued.

I'm pregnant and submitted a sponsorship for my husband. twas taking too long so we applied for a TRV and he got approved.
