Hi
i was sponsored by my wife(which is a pr too) which now decided that she not willing to be with me anymore
our relationship is not bad and we want to make it work.
right now the status at home is not good and i want to leave but my spuose wont let.
how can we make it without being at risk of deportation because of lying.
she will not report to cic as long as we make our life bearable but shes not willing to lie and live on separate places and kinda condition my stay on this ground.
any advise how to make it?
thanks

Your situation is not entirely clear. Were you sponsored by your spouse for PR? Do you have Condition 51 on your COPR?

There's no way because at your landing interview, your wife will be ask those questions (any changes in the relationship?) and she will be reminded that she is responsible for you financially for the next 2 years.

It's a big commitment for the sponsor. If you somehow you can't find a job here or anything, you can either ask your ex for money or get low income assistant but as soon as you do that immigration knows you and your wife are committing fraud.

I am not sure how bad it's the situation at your home country so I should not judge but what you are asking is basically how to evade fraud detection

"What is conditional permanent residence?
Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) has introduced amendments to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (the Regulations) which apply to spouses, common-law or conjugal partners in a relationship of two years or less with their sponsor and who have no children in common with their sponsor at the time they submit their sponsorship application. The sponsored spouse must cohabit in a legitimate relationship with their sponsor for two years from the day on which they receive their permanent resident status in Canada. If they do not remain in the relationship, the sponsored spouse’s status could be revoked. The conditional measure only applies to permanent residents whose applications are received on or after October 25, 2012—the day that the amendments came into force."

If you are no longer in a relationship, not telling CIC is fraud already. If you and your ex continue to live together, it is less likely to get caught but you'll never know...

Just FYI, even though your wife is PR without condition, if you two get caught, she still can lose her PR.
If a PR is sentenced to prison for 6 months or more for a crime, he/she will lose the PR status (citation 1). Marriage fraud could lead to Imprisonment for up to FIVE YEARS (Citation 2)

I seriously think you should talk to immigration lawyers (they will not report you regardless of what you tell them due to confidentiality). None of us are legal experts and I don't think it's wise to put you and your ex's future at risk by asking opinions here.
