If i get to canada with a visit visa that sponsored by my uncle in Canada, and at the time of being in Canada if i get a job offer from canada will i be able to go back to sri lanka and come to canada for that job by my job offer? Is it possible to find a Job in canada at the time of visit visa?

Yes.

and come to canada for that job by my job offer?

No.

You need to apply for a work permit. Once you have the work permit you can come back and accept the job offer and start working.

Is it possible to find a Job in canada at the time of visit visa?

Possible, yes. It is also very hard.

Have you looked first whether you could be eligible to emigrate to Canada in first place http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/eligibility.asp

As you can read on this forum it almost impossible to find a job from outside Canada even more so in any administrative field, if only it were that easy

Then look for an employment using normal sites like indeed.ca or monster.ca

Apply and see what happens.

Now he is telling me that I'll have to face the interview in embassy. My question is,if a company provides work permit visa , still do I have to face interview in the embassy? kindly let me know the answer if anyone knows . Thank you.

Companies CANNOT provide work permits. ONLY the government of Canada can do so.

Yes, you will have to face all interviews.

BTW, your uncle cannot give you that. He has first to prove that no Canadian is available for the job, then get a LMIA, pay for it and wait. Then Canada will decide if your uncle con import a foreign worker. Once this is done he will give you the LMIA and ONLY THEN you can apply for a work permit. Double check what you are doing.
