Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
Okay I guess this is the last thing we need to know, but my fiance does not yet have a job, will that be a problem for him sponsoring me? (I assume yes, but he told me to check and make sure.)
Secondly if he did have a job how much would he have to make to sponsor me if a job is needed?
Is it possible that while we file paperwork for PR that I can work so he doesn't have to or so he can work part time because he is in college?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

There is no qualifying income for sponsorship BUT he also cannot be on welfare.
Of course questions will arise how will he support you? So if he has savings/if his parents will be providing food shelter etc/ that is useful to indicate on a separate form.

OMG really?! XD God I was told he had to make at least 10k a year to support me. Thank you so much for your help. I will let him know tonight. He tried working, but he has to go to the doctor now because the pain in his arm has come back with a vengence. He still wants to get a job though just not the one he currently has.

Also besides maybe a note from his parents saying when live in their house and maybe show that he does have some savings, should we have anything else?

hmmm i think think of anything else...but maybe someone else will be able to provide more info.
the fact that he has a job is good too! :) no matter how small the income is.
