Sponser of brother 21 years old who have learning disibility

Can anyone guide me about how i can sponser my brother who has learning disability.He looks fine when you communicate with him but he can not speak english properly.

You cannot sponsor your brother. The only way he could be sponsored is if you sponsored your parents and included him as a dependent.

Also you need medical evidences to prove his disabilities that he cannot live alone and dependent on parents not for English but for other things as well.

Only if he's 22 or over. Since the brother is 21, he's still dependent age and no proof needs to be submitted to prove he is dependent on the parents.

He can perform his daily duties well so i am thinking when they will interview him . what if they find him alright .
The medical reports says he has Dyslexia. (learning disorder) and no english

Dyslexia and no English is probably just not even close to the minimum level of dependency. Be prepared for a refusal...
