Try to get proof that you were actually living with him in India. Your plane ticket home is not enough. Do you have a lease with both your names on it? If you were living with family (or friends), you can get an affidavit from them stating you were living with your husband in their house. Mail addressed to both of you at the same address can also be used.
 
in the application form threre is a section call after the age of 18 write down all the things that have u done.....so like where he was employed does he need to provide the offer letter, releaving letter and like pay slip cuz he doesnt have that and he was like unemployed for like 1 year after completing his post graduation.....so what should i do
 
hmm....i had a rent aggrement where i have his name and my name on it as a wifee where we rented a flat so i think that would work?
 
Yes, a lease with both your names is good evidence.
For the list of everything he has done since the age of 18, it is important to not leave any time gaps - if there are gaps, the application might be sent back to you, and at the least they will ask him for the information. He should just list exactly what they ask: what was he doing during that time? If he was unemployed for a year, he just lists the dates and says he was unemployed. Having been unemployed for a year will not hurt a spousal application; lying about what he was doing will hurt it, and omitting the information will delay it.
He does not need to include things like the contract, the release letter, and pay slips from past jobs.
 
ohh okk i get that but i want to know that it will be enough and what iis the exact processing time from india.....man i m missing my hubby so muchh
 
Its usually 3-6 months, nobody knows the exact time. This is a very informative forum. Do some more research.
 
ohh okayy well that sounds good to me......i m just gonna list the document that i have with me let me know if that everything
1) marriage certificate
2) my husband passport ( the person being sponsored)
3) photo copy of all his education qualification
4) forms part 1, part 2, part 3
5) medical test document from the doctor
6) photo ( visa one)
7) police clearance
8) marriage photos ( it took place in a temple so no reception)
9) few photos of us together
10) our emails and chat when we were dating each other before marrriage

is that enough though
 
I think you need more proof the relationship is genuine. Prove you stayed together, and include more photos of the two of you with family and friends, to show the marriage is accepted and known about by the community.
 
thankss guyss yeah i think i m gonna get the rent aggrement with my name on it because after the marriage i stayed with him so i m gonna get the rent agreement..... and yeah after he gets the passport with the visa on it than i can travel to india because i m a pr.
