Sponser is in uk. will affect my visa ?????

Hi friends,

I have problem regarding sponser like whom to make sponser my studies.

I want to make my real brother as my sponsor but the ultimate problem is that presently he is in uk(london).
And from there he is sponsoring me. So the all details which i will mention will be of uk government. Will these will make any difference in my visa application.

Please suggest me something regarding above. replies will be appreciated....

hi bro i think ur case is strong.does ur bro has a residency visa.if he has a good job and salary.i think that will work.it is also because he is ur own brother.

Location of sponsor doesn’t matter. We have one case where an applicant was in UK and his two sponsors were from two different countries and he managed to get visa based on the sponsorship letter.


For sponsorship you need,

Reference letter from the individual(s) providing you financial assistance for your program. The letter must indicate their occupation and relationship to you, the number of dependents they have and their full contact details. You should also provide a letter from the employer of the individual(s) providing you financial assistance for your program, clearly indicating employer contact details and full street address of business location.

i have got my brother who sponsoring me and he lives in france but i got rejection in my first time
it's my own experience i don't know

enfield you mentioned that a person from the uk has two sponsored ?? is it normal if two persones sponsor you ??

I am saying it on the basis of what Dadakoko is claiming ! He got sponsors from two different countries, but keep in mind his sponsorship was restricted to tuition fee alone. He managed living expenses (for self and spouse) from his own pocket.

Enfield is it a claim if I have gotten the Visa?

Yes I got the Visa and yes I had sponsors from 2 countries but this is what I did:

a) I made sure I had the $10,000 needed for me the main sponsor and $4,000 for my spouse in my account for about 4 months.

b) I paid 1 year Tuition fees.

c) My Admission letter stated that I would need about $29,000 for 1 year. I therefore made sure I had about $15,000 in addition to the amount in (a) above to make the $29,000.

d) My sponsors sent in their letter of sponsorship as well as 6 months bank statements and other relevant investments documents. They also sent in their Visa status in the respective countries of residence.

In addition to the above of course I added, my SOP and other relevant documents.

Yes you can use sponsors from any where in the world as far as you can prove relationship and ensure the required monies are in your account. That is what I did!
