i am canada pr since three year live canada o oplan t month and comeback now i want to canada
but here onechild born he is two year age how i can go with my child can i sponser outsidecanada and wait for child visa or myself go alone and apply for child sponsership?
it is very difficult to go alone
is there any option like visiter visa trv for my child
only two year left to expire pr

You cannot sponsor the child from outside Canada.

Yes - you can apply for a TRV for the child. If the TRV is refused you can try applying for a TRP.

If the TRP is also refused then one parent will have to travel to Canada to submit the PR application for the child and then remain in Canada while the PR application is being processed.

Just to add - keep in mind that the residency obligation for keeping your PR status is living in Canada for 2 out of every five years. You MUST meet the residency obligation in order to sponsor the child.

Once you have been outside of Canada for more than three years - you will not be able to sponsor the child as soon as you return to Canada (because you won't meet the residency obligation). You will instead have to return to Canada, live in Canada for 2 years straight to meet the residency obligation and only then will you be able to sponsor your child.

If you try applying to sponsor your child before you meet the residency obligation, then the application will be refused and CIC will most likely start the process for revoking your PR status.

We can't answer that question without more information. When you return to Canada, if it has been three years or less since you left - then you can sponsor your child immediately. If it has been more than three years since you left, then you must live in Canada for two years straight before you will be able to sponsor your child.
