Sponosor a wife while her visit visa is still valid (multi-entry)

My wife got her multiple entry visa. I want to sponsor her.
Will I face any issues?
Did anyone tried this before?

Why would she face any issues?
She has a visa, so she can visit you. Her PR application is completely separate from her visitor's visa.

No she didn't face any issue yet. I am planning to sponsor her now.
So if I apply for sponsoring they will not refuse it?
