There is a spelling mistake in the house address in my bank salary statement that I want to provide as part of proof of work experience, do I need to submit a letter of explanation and if so, what do I need to state? If I submit without LoE, will this be an issue? Thanks.

Is updating your address and getting a new bank statement based on top of it not an option?

I haven't tried to get a new bank statement yet, but I will. I would also like to know one more thing. The place I used to work in used to give the salary through a particular bank that they have asked me to create. However, there is no proof that the workplace and the bank is linked in this way, as in, I also don't have the email that asked me to create the account. The bank statement just says every month I used to receive salary but doesn't state from where exactly. Do I need a seal (stamp) from the workplace on the bank statement? Thank you!

It was the same for me too. My company had me open a bunch of accounts when I used to work in India. But that's not going to be an issue. If your reference letter says that you "worked at [company] from [date 1] to [date 2] and were paid [amount of money/year]" - IRCC will not ask for proof of salary deposits. In rare cases they can however ask you for salary slips/pay stubs.

Don't worry about getting the seal/stamp from your workplace. Just make sure that your application has no errors and that should be sufficient.
