Hello experts!
Unfortunately, my second passport had a spelling error in my last name. I've used this passport to land as PR and also travel to Canada before/after becoming a PR.
This spelling error was reflected in my COPR. I later requested an amendment and it was approved. All my Canadian docs (PR card, Driving license, OHIP, ...) have the correct spelling...
Now I'm about to apply for citizenship, I wonder if I should list the wrong spelling of my name as response to question 6 in the application form? Even though it has never been a last name of mine and was merely a mistake by the stupid embassy.
My concern is that if I don't list that misspelled last name, they may not be able to collect my travel records from CBSA from the times I've traveled with the passport with that misspelled last name.
