Speed post from Delhi to Meistratzheim, Wes

Can someone confirm if the location Meistratzheim is the correct address for Wes, this is the location it shows on the tracking. However, I don't see any place named Meistratzheim in Canada let alone be related to Wes. Anyone faced similar issues?
Also, wes still hasn't updated my account, I gave them a call today i.e. 23rd Jan and they said they still haven't received anything on my behalf.
This is for one uni docs.
There is another university documents that reached on 14th Jan. and wes said they haven't received it. I have no way of checking.
Please guide me.
Really appreciate it.

Am also facing the same exact problem. I sent the post from Chennai and status has been updated as delivery confirmed to Meistratzheim but Wes haven't updated anything yet in their platform. Someone please help.

Wait for sometime. My application got updated in WES. It's the right delivery location only. So give them some 7-10 working days.

My tracking document also shows same location Meistratzheim but only thing is that both canadapost.ca and indiapost websites confirm date of delivery as 30th march and till date there’s no update on WES site.

I’ve tried contacting WES via emails and Twitter but have not received any response. What could have gone wrong?

After numerous attempts I finally managed to get a reply from WES but nothing positive:

Hello, our records indicate that we are still pending documents for your file. If your package did arrive, it has not registered in our mailroom. Please be advised that WES has resumed processing documents but are still experiencing delays due to the COVID 19 and the high volume of packages received. We will begin uploading them into our system based on the order that they arrived in our office. Once we process your package, we will notify you with an update. Thank you for your patience.

I'm facing same issue, its been almost a month. My documents were delivered on 19 May 2020 but WES hasn't updated the receipt of same.

What is the status of your courier now ? Has WES registered your courier in your dashboard now ?
Asking this because for me its a month wait till now and there is no movement in my dashboard.

Yes it is the correct location. We were worried about the same but finally received a response from WES confirming receipt of our documents which were delivered on 30th March. They are currently processing documents received between Mar 26 - Apr 3 (as per the reply received from WES on Twitter).

To everyone who is worried about their documents reaching WES because of the unknown or unmapped location called Meistratzheim mentioned in the courier tracking log, please rest assured, this is the correct location.

However there is an exceptionally long delay in the entire process. Ours took 3 months from the time documents were delivered and evaluation was completed on 30th June.

I am facing the same issue, its been over a month since my doc. in delivered in Meistratzheim but no update from WES yet
