Dear Experts

Is there any other SPECIFIC eligibility criteria to apply for PR under CEC, other than the applicant having 1 year of experience in the past 3 years. Because when ever i try to determine my eligibility it says "Not Eligible", though i will have 1 year of experience in the last 3 years by June 2013 as i worked ( from oct'10 till jun'11 & March'13 till current date)

Regards
Praveen

Also you need to have had it on a proper work permit and visa. And had same duties compared to those shown under your NOC number.

All luck..

Of course there are - did you read the instructions?

Assuming you're talking about the Live in Canada tool, and the question asking how much full-time skilled work experience you have, it gives you 2 options - less than one year (not eligible), and between 1-2 years in the past 3 years (eligible).

Also note - there's a question that asks if the work experience was gained while a full-time student or self-employed - neither are eligible, so you must be able to answer no to that.

The next question asks about your NOC skill level. If it's not O, A, or B, you're not eligible.

There are other requirements, like your language test scores. Please review the information guide -
