The scholarship were for every semester for 4 years. The problem is I never worked and my family cannot help, so I don't have any proof of funds other than that.
Not showing any of your own funds is problematic. IRCC wants to see your bank accounts. The university needs to show proof that your tuition is paid for (receipts of payment), and that your scholarship fund is unconditional.

You can prove your funds with:

  • proof of a Canadian bank account in your name, if you've transferred money to Canada
  • Guaranteed Investment Certificate (GIC) from a participating Canadian financial institution
  • proof of a student or education loan from a bank
  • your bank statements for the past 4 months
  • a bank draft that can be converted to Canadian dollars
  • proof you paid tuition and housing fees
  • a letter from the person or school giving you money, or
  • proof of funding paid from within Canada, if you have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program

Unfortunately, I don't have more proof than what I submitted. Guess I am too poor for Canada , my hard work and those scholarship does not matter. thanks for your input Naturgrl, good luck for those who are waiting.

You can ask for reconsideration, and see what happens. Talk to your department and advisor for guidance.
