SP applied online without upfront medical

Guys,
I applied online for study permit on June 22 via a consultant based in canada, did my biometrics in Delhi India on 30 June. Still heard nothing, I didn't do my medical upfront. My classes for masters starts in September 2016, I'm worried if I can not meet the deadline what would happen? Can I Postpone my classes for a month if I'm issued visa?why this take this long? and what would be next action??? Please respond. Thanks in advance.

If you didnt get a permit you can posotpone your accepntance till jan/2017 you have to inform thebuniversity about your case.

thanks for this. but i deferred my intake two times already, if i do it again, i don't think they would accept it.... don't know. thanks for your comment
