@legalfalcon @scylla I have applied for PR with non accompanying spouse and already received P2 on 20th Dec 2024. Meanwhile my spouse got approved for SOWP and waiting for passport stamping. Are there is any legal implications while my wife travel to Canada after I receive eCOPR. If yes, are there any other possibilities for her travel?

Are you PR, or on PGWP or study? PGWP - what is NOC and TEER? Study permit - program?
My husband is on closed work permit he comes under the TEER 1 occupation. He works as Developer for TCS
So as long as he is employed you can apply for SOWP just follow the directions. Your spouse will need a letter from their employer with a description of their roles and responsibilities and that they are working full-time.

Have you read the application it gives you directions and suggestions. Still shocked that TCS is still getting so many ICTs approved. A large proportion seem to arrive and there is no work for them out of the Canadian office and so just keep working for the same clients on same job but in a different location.
I understand your concern. Our situation is slightly different as we are applying for a Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) independently, not through TCS, since they don’t process SOWP applications.
