@legalfalcon @scylla I have applied for PR with non accompanying spouse and already received P2 on 20th Dec 2024. Meanwhile my spouse got approved for SOWP and waiting for passport stamping. Are there is any legal implications while my wife travel to Canada after I receive eCOPR. If yes, are there any other possibilities for her travel?

So as long as he is employed you can apply for SOWP just follow the directions. Your spouse will need a letter from their employer with a description of their roles and responsibilities and that they are working full-time.
Thank you for your reply. I would also like to request you to give us any advice or suggestions related to the relationship proof documents, employment (his funds or bank statements showing he can support both of us), ties to home country, and if there is anything else too.

Have you read the application it gives you directions and suggestions. Still shocked that TCS is still getting so many ICTs approved. A large proportion seem to arrive and there is no work for them out of the Canadian office and so just keep working for the same clients on same job but in a different location.

I understand your concern. Our situation is slightly different as we are applying for a Spousal Open Work Permit (SOWP) independently, not through TCS, since they don’t process SOWP applications. We want to ensure we meet all the requirements properly. If you have any insights on documentation, proof of relationship, or financial support evidence, we’d appreciate your input.

Many apply without a consultant. Please read the application instructions first and then can answer questions if you still have some.
