I am going to apply for student visa for myself. I have several doubts to declare my husbands details.
To elaborate his case: he was working with X firm and was paying tax returns by mentioning the name of the company. However, in 05/2019, he left the job and started his own business.
1. Even after he left the job, he paid ITR for 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 by the name of previous company.(his ITR has mention of X company)
2. The business is not registered and he does not have any proof of that.
Now, im going to apply my student visa and while adding his details under family section, what should i say of his occupation. Jkb or business.
Also, when he apply for SOwP, what will be the proof of his business. Will he get rejection for this situation?
