Better you write a mail to ircc processing centre and get it linked
By linking my application if you mean that I link my offline application to online portal, then I have already done that. My wife's medical passed back in march 2020. But few weeks back it disappeared for some reason beyond my understanding.

Did anyone know how long will it take for IRCC to update medical in the system
My wife's medical was done on 9th june but till now it has not been updated still showing "we do not need a medical exam" in the system
