SOWP with study permit from Montreal College of IT

Hi,

My wife has received Invitation Letter for a 2 years course from Montreal College of IT for February 2020 Intake. Our plan is to go apply for Spouse Open Work Permit after arriving in Canada with my existing travel visa.
Could you please suggest if the chances of SOWP approval is less as we are planning to opt a Private college?
