Background :
I am a student currently enrolled for one year program (Current program will end in December 23). My study permit is valid till Dec 23. I have enrolled for second one year course for May 2024 (Visa processing is pending).
1) I applied for visitor visa for my kid (only visitor visa for kid) before coming to Canada [March 2023]. However it got rejected on the grounds - "Doesn't have sufficient ties outside Canada and sufficient funds" (even after showing 40k CAD).
2) Before our marriage, My spouse's visitor visa was rejected in 2018 on the grounds of insufficient ties in India .
Current Situation :-
My spouse parents have PR as well as his only sister's entire family stays in Canada on PR. My spouse manages business under his Father Name and doesn't have property on his name (Though there are properties in the name of parents).
Now I would like to apply for Spousal open work permit (SOWP) and visitor visa for my kid. In such scenario, how to show ties in India for my spouse & Kid?
