Hello all,
Please I need help with my husband's SOWP application. My children (all under 18) are included in his application but some things are not clear with the forms:
1. Do we have to fill the Use of family member rep (imm5713) since the children are under his application but under 18 years?
2. Do we need the Authority to release form (imm5475) since I have access to his account already?
3. While filling the questionnaire, I had to put in my children's status as visitors or else they'll be required to apply for study permit and also get accepted in a school before they come which is not possible because they are still in the elementary and secondary school level. Question: Was this a wrong move (putting them as visitors)? If yes, what would I have done differently?
