Same here, I applied for LIMA approved WP on June 20th and got original passport request on July 7th but only medical request update on SOWP, which we did upfront and should be in there system by now. It's kind of weird, I thought it would be processed together otherwise what's the point in applying together and now I am not sure whether we could make travel plans together. Fingers cross, I hope to hear something from them this week!

where did you apply from? and did you include family information form in your online application. I noticed there is no downloading/uploading link for that.

I applied online for my spouse. yes i did. I had the link to upload family information form in your online application
 
Applied on 17th june with upfront medicals. Waiting and tensed with all your posts

Thank you. Did you apply jointly with her, or she applied from outside Canada while you are in Canada.
