SOWP September applicants

hey all ,
i am going to apply tomorrow my study permit application i just want to ask i am also submitting my spouse open work permit application too .
like i have written a explanation letter why i choose college why i choose this degree etc so can any one know here this type of letter do my spouse also have to write to address embassy that he is applying with me ??????//
i already mention him in my letter as he will be in open work permit with no proper work arrangement.can anybody help me ?

It will take around 15-20 days to get passport request.

But don't worry getting medical request is very positive so cheers.

I applied for SOWP and my wife (spp) study permit togthr on 4th of Oct 2016.
It is paper based application.
processing at VAC Bangalore..
Wife (spp) study permit was Approved on Oct 12th 2016,

My spouse open work permit is still in process, my status says
Status - OPEN
Medical - PASSED on 12th November 2016

And also I got a reply from them on 15th November 2016 stating :-

Please submit the below mentioned Additional documents.
* Marriage Certificate
* Proof of funds for Me and Spouse

Now again I submitted the demanded additional documents on 18th of November at Vfs pune.

I havent received any update yet... no email , no msg nothing,
I m realy worried... Plzz help

thanks anu for the motivation ,,well its been almost a month ,,today is 7 th dec....,,
i have 1 question here After medicals being passed ,, der s no chances for visa being refused ,yea..pls advice

After medical request chances of rejections are very low provided your medical report is fine with no critical illness.

For me it took around 15 days to get passport request after medical.

GOT MEDICAL REQUEST ON 28 OCT 2016.
MY WIFE GAVE HER MEDICALS ON 10 NOV.
ARRIVED IN CANADA ON FEB 7TH 2017.
