/SOWP REJECTED ...PLEASE SUGGEST wHAT TO DO NEXT

i work in canada on pg work permit in NOC B job.since last 8 months.
i have applied for my spouse open work permit on 22 june 2016.and i got rejection latter says that you do not have enough funds.
i have showed $10,000 in my account and in her account in india it was $8000.

i dont know what to do now?

any comments please?

which vfs? what type of application?

I think first thing to do here is to get the gcms notes then accordingly you can proceed from there.

DELHI ,India visa office..i already ordered CAIPS report,. but its really wierd, they welcome students who has just $10000 in their GIC account + they have to pay 3 semester fees + they cant work more then 20hr/week and they get visa..

and for worker she is gonna come here on work permit and i work full time here too then also they says $18000 is not enough...
