Hi
I have question about spousal open work permit. My brotherhood 5 time refusal for his open work permit and his wife is already in Canada on student permit in West vancouver university. They married in 2018 and every time immigration said their marriage is not genuine. We are thinking now got to federal appeal. Anyone has suggestions about this or anyone on same boat. Their marriage is genuine.
Refusal don't meet the requiremnts of SOWP under section 205(c)(ii) of the regulations.
Thanks in advance

Thank you for your interest in working in Canada. After careful review of your work permit application and supporting documentation under the International Mobility Program, I have determined that your application does not meet the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (IRPR). I am refusing your application on the following grounds: •
You have not adequately demonstrated that you meet the requirements of a spousal open work permit pursuant to 205(c)(i) of the Regulations.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerms and can demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be accompanied by a new processing fee.

Also spouses of international students aren’t guaranteed a visa/permit.
Is she attending Canada West University. It is a small private school so that may have something to do with it.
