Get a lawyer because of the changes. The issue is that don’t know if your NOC is eligible for your spouse to get SOWP with the announcement in September. As they announced spouses were no longer eligible unless you are in management or professional occupations or in sectors with labour shortages.

Is it possible and advisable for me to cancel or withdraw my PGWP application?

In July, my initial PGWP was refused. So I did reconsideration and also I applied for restoration and new PGWP.

In October, my reconsideration request was approved.

Should I withdraw the new PGWP application and seek for refund of my application fee and restoration fee?

My pgwp was approved.

IRCC approved the pgwp application they initially refused after I requested for Reconsideration.
