SOWP - property

Hello friends

I am in the process of applying SOWP.

In CA net worth statement, can i show property that is in my parents' name.

I have one property in my name in INDIA which as per latest valuation is 130K CAD.

Is that enough to prove my home ties?

or shall i also get properies in my parents's name also included? Does that further strengthen my home ties or property in my own name is enough to prove home ties?

Property not in your name is not a tie. Is only property enough for a SOWP? Not really but IRCC may still approve it. If it is income property with a tenant then show lease/receipts etc.

What type of permit is spouse on? If LMIA then what NOC/stream?
