I applied for my SOWP on 24 dec 2020 and completed my biometrics on 4th jan 2021 in Sydney (Indian passport holder residing in Australia) and my wife is in Canada. So how much time it takes to receive the Acknowledgment of receipt or submission confirmation?

Isn't Submission confirmation immediate? I got a confirmation immediately when I applied on 12th Jan.

oh yes my bad. I thought it's the same. Havent received the confirmation letter yet. Just confirmation of online transmission. My wife just applied for the OWP on 12th Jan but biometrics not yet open in India so will have to wait for that.

Please advise - you have applied for the spouse work permit after your study permit was approved

Hence, what did you mentionon the Family Information Form - that your wife will accompany you in Canada as Yes or No.

As i have the similar case, so want to understand to proceed submitting the form with family or without family as the chances of with family in your 30's

Hi everyone, have been silently following this forum and finally i want to submit my application first week in February, i just need some help on LOE , and options of family ties, if any guru can help , i will be glad, my wife is 2 month pregnant and she has already traveled to Canada earlier this month, should i include that we are expecting a baby in my letter ? i need help , if possible a sample of letter and list of documents i will need to proof my home ties

Any update @Mahir009 ? I also submitted my profile on 17-Jan. Currently waiting for biometrics. I did receive submission confirmation after 2 days.
