3 months and 1 week since my spouse has applied for a visa online!! Frustrating thing is online status says application cancelled

Guys good news for me...
my wife got open work permit in 36 days

Timeline here:
Application : online on jan 3rd jan(with upfront medical)
Medical status changed to.passed on 5th jan
passport request jan 9th
it wil come in 7 business days.
i have noc c category job.
this is online..it works..i applied by myself.
before that my wife rejected 2 times and those are done by agent. Those are not.prper explained.
so guys dont waste your money. I spent 65000 rs around. And waste my time..
so i m.suggesting ..applied online..it will work for sure

Processing time is 2 months and seems like online application are approving fast..

Hey, i just got a mail saying my passport is been dispatched from the bangalore visa office, i dint get any medical request...had applied on the 24th of Dec...Is there a possibility of it getting accepted?? Im worried. Please rply to my post ???

I believe this is clear rejection. Same happen with me. Now you received one letter with your passport which indicates rejection points.

As Deh said the SOWP is getting rejected whoz spouse is a student but in my case my husband is working and.has an lmo too...do i still hv any chance?

Yes, I have applied for Spouse Open Work Permit.

Application Submitted on 11th Nov, 2014
Passport dispatched status 16th Jan, 2015

Hey Guys,

I got rejection in Spouse Open Work Permit last month on 16th Jan,2015. No can i apply for Student visa as my wife is there on Student Visa from last 2 months? It takes 3-4 months in whole process like IELTS and n all.

Please give me your suggestions.
