Sowp march applicant

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding the online SOWP application.
Does the TRV get processed along with the SOWP or do we have to apply for the worker visa separately once the WP is approved.
I have this doubt as only IMM1295E has been requested by CIC for the online SOWP application.

BTW, I have noticed that online applications seem to be taking a lot of time these days. Any idea what the reason could be? Could it be the same case with paper based applications?

I applied last April 21,2017 for the 4th time under sowp international student. hoping for the best this time. Online application including the 3 previous rejections.

What were the reasons for last 3 rejections

1st refusal was nbi/police certificate only
2nd refusal was financial status, unable to demonstrate that i will leave canada if my permit expires, unable to demonstrate that my spouse is an international student
3rd refusal employment prospect in my country of residence (i resigned last sept2016 bec of my application i thought it will push it through on the first application)
