Thank You So much Koolbuddy ! Im really grateful for guiding me.

Has anyone defended the reasons of rejections and what would be a better way of doing it as I guess the Officers don't read long stories as they have a very short time to assess each application.

hey guys i applied for my wife on aug 5th and i got a passport call yesterday... which means visa is approved or still there may be some chance to get rejected.

Hi Tej,

It means its approved , they wont ask for passport otherwise. Seems you did an online application, can you please tell if you were asked for your documents after initial application or you sent ur documents too in the initial online application, if you did, did you send all in the letter of explanation tab or proof of relationship ? Please let me know ! Congrats again !

Probably they won't ask for passport if they didn't approve the visa...so congrats a ton...

Since we applied on Aug 25 with no medical and we didn't get any update

Hi Sapna,

As in online application there is no space for sending the documents of spouse, have you been asked to upload ur spouse's documents.

Please let us know as in my wife's case I even asked how and when we can send documents of spouse as initial application does not allow to upload those and that is what qualifies my wife for SOWP.

We submitted a PDF alone with the letter of explanation...I hired a lawyer. .and they don't share much details...but it was a PDF they created with all the scanned documents...

well they didnt ask me for any document ..whatever i did was on initial document and i did attach all the other documents on latter of explaination tab
