SOWP July 2014 updates from India

My spouse in studying in Canada and i have applied for OWP online on 20th Aug from Bangalore... I had my medicals way before (July) applying for OWP... on 21st Aug i got update from CIC, Review of medical results "Passed"... From there on i havent got any update or any changes.. The status is "open" and i dont see which consulate is processing my application... Can anyone let me know how many days will it take for CIC to update after reviewing the medicals?

I am new to this forum and I am super nervous looking at other cases of delay/rejection.

I applied on August 7th in Chennai - paper application, Pre Med and passport also submitted.
My husband is student in Canada.

At what site do you guys check status at?

Be prepared for 50days. If you get earlier, you should consider yourself lucky.

in which category your husband is working . its under skilled worker na? how much amount you show in canadian bank and in india tell me seperately.

yup. We show around 3000 $ there in canada and 4000$ in india

Looks like my application is shifted to bangalore. the status says "being processed at the Canada Visa Office, BANGALORE". Till recently it was Delhi.
That is a surprise to me. Any body out there whose file is moved?

When did you apply?? Where do you see this information?? I am unable to see this in myCIC...!

Thanks man... I am unable to see it in VFS website since i do not have 20dig tracking code... I can only see it in CIC since i applied through Online...

My tracking status in VFS site changed to "tracking ID No.xxxxxxxxxxx is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, BANGALORE" today (it was processing in Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI until now).
I applied paper application in VFS Chennai on 7th August.
Any one know what this new status means?
