That’s heartbreaking. Now I am more scared regarding my case. They actually asked $100 fee last week even the settlement offer clearly mentioned that submitting additional documents and review of case without additional fee.

That fee won't be for reopening of the case that might be biometric related fee or some other application related fee that you missed earlier or your workpermit fee coz open work permit has two fees usually people don't pay one of the two fees. Though it's a positive sign.
Finally I got the passport request today. Thanks to all who kept updating with their cases. My timeline is below (approx dates)
SOWP Refusal received May 10
JR initialed May 28
Settlement offer July 15
Notice of withdrawal July 20
No communications for 3 months (raised two webforms)
MP enquiry Oct 30
GC account opened and request for additional docs Nov 5
Docs submitted Nov 8
WP fee request Nov 11
PPR Nov 20
Congratulations just to help me can I tell what points of law did u raise to get relief and did the rule 9 notes state something about financial capacity ? How did u tackle that in adr ? Would be great help.
i got a request of medical after sent update documents . now medical has been submitted by panel physician and all report are normal .when will i recieve any update from IRCC and what could it be

it took them two weeks to send me ppr after submitting additional docs, I did upfront medical again when i submitted docs. Good luck.
