Paul, same here. I applied on Feb 23rd. Even my status now changed as below. is this what exactly shown to you as well.???

Where is this application? Details
Application status : We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of medical results : You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents.
Interview : You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics : We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Final decision : Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

False alarm nothing to get excited about. looks like they changed the wordings after yesterday's server update.
"This online service will be unavailable from 3:30 a.m. to 5:30 a.m. Eastern time, on Tuesday, March 7, 2017, in order to perform system maintenance."
Just made the status messages more clear, less gloomy. No actual progress.
back to same old waiting status again :/

Isn't it past the 10 week processing time they mention? Have you tried to contact immigration office?
Also anyone else who applied after Dec 20 heard back from CIC yet? Kindly update so we can have an idea of the time its taking them. Thanks!

Even I sent a direct mail to Delhi immigration office
But no response.
I think all we can do is just wait.

You will as well.. Its taking time but you won't mind waiting as long as its approved. So be positive and wait for things to happen.

I think we should wait out a little more, go with CSE if we don't hear back after 10-11 weeks. My gut feeling is, this delay is because, from November onwards CIC has been inviting quite a lot of people to apply for express entry. The numbers went from 600-700 a month to nearly 4000 this month. And even though its different from wp or sowp applications, all are processed by the same set of employees at the visa offices. Hence this delay.
