SOWP - Info Sharing

Hello,

I currently have an ongoing SOWP application. I applied on March and have yet to receive any result.
However, last May, I ordered GCMS notes and in there it states this:

Eligibility: Passed
Criminilaty: Passed - Bio
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: In Progress
Final:
Counterfoil Req: Y

Under Info Sharing, this is what it says:
INFO SHARING 1:
Type: Biometric - FCC Detail
Status: Ready to be Assessed
Due Date: 2023/04/21

INFO SHARING 2:
Type: BIOMETRIC - FCC
Status: Complete - Not Reviewed
Due Date: 2023/04/21

INFO SHARING 3:
Type: Biometric - FCC
Status: Cancelled
Due Date: 2023/03/22

INFO SHARING 4:
Type: Biographic
Status: Exempt - Duplicate
Due Date: 2023/04/20

On around July, I requested for a CBSA notes, which should provide more detail on the categories like INFO SHARING, but til now have yet to receive the notes.

On around end of September, I requested for another GCMS notes, and I've received it, but the info is completely the same as the first.

Could anyone give any insight as to why my info sharing is taking this long? It's been more than 8 months since my application. And does Eligibility Passed really mean my application technically is already passed?

Does anyone have the same situation? How long were yours?

Security Screening – This stage assesses your risk to the health and safety of Canada and Canadians, completed by CBSA, CSIS, and IRCC. Information Sharing – At this stage, the various authorities share their information with each other and the IRCC makes a final decision regarding your application.

Could be that they are waiting on other countries to provide their information, thus longer wait times
