PR applied under old CEC (sep 2014), married in March 2015 , Spouse added to PR file in June 2015.
Old work permit expired on 04-SEP-2015. I am on implied status now.
BOWP and SOWP applied on 09-June-2015. Not received them yet.
Applied TRV for spouse in India after marriage and got TRV for spouse with expiry date as 04-sep-2015.
Me and my spouse both came to Canada on 03-May-2015 after marriage, My wife got an immigration stamp in passport with date
as 02-Nov-2015 (i.e. six months from entry date of 03-May-2015).

Does my wife has to leave Canada before 02-Nov-2015, if she doesn't receive her SOWP ??
Or as I am on implied status, and her SOWP is in Process and she is my dependent. will she also have implied status and can she stay?

Seniors, Please advise.

Initially, did your wife received a TRV permit document? (looks similar like the WP paper)
Or you only applied for her a regular visitor visa? (depends of the type of application you applied for her, the very first time)

Now, when you applied to extend your Work Permit application, did you also applied for her an Open Work Permit?
I presume, you included her as a dependent in your application and requested an Open Work Permit for her, also paying the full amount of fees for both of you, correct?

Sorry for the many questions, but answering them, might help with a better advice. :)

Now, here is some light about your wonders:
If your current temporary resident status is still valid you can apply for an extension of your stay providing you apply at least 30 days before the expiry date of your current status. Your original temporary status as a visitor continues under the same conditions until your application is finalized and you have been notified of the decision.
link: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/5551ETOC.asp

so as long as did apply for her within the 30 days mark, she is good to stay as you, until your applications got completed. (and hopefully accepted)

I'd suggest you to read the Guide I sent you and get familiar with the rules around the "Stay Extension"

Thanks Tonimir for the reply.

My wife doesn't have TRV permit document/visitor record. I applied regular visitor visa for her.
she had a immigration stamp in her passport on her arrival in canada.
Immigration stamp has expiry date of 02-Nov-2015 (i.e. six months from entry date of 03-May-2015).

Yes, I applied open work permit for my wife as well along with my BOWP and paid fees for both.

since i applied Open work permit for my wife on 09-June-2015, which is 30 days prior to expiry date.
I think she can stay until a decision has been made on her SOWP.
Hopefully we get accepted soon.
