SOWP home ties on PGWP

Hello members,

I am on a PGWP and will be applying for my spouse's SOWP. I am wondering how strong of a home ties do i need to show for my spouse? Is it really strict just like in the case of a visitor visa?

What if the spouse doesn't have a job or property? Does anyone SOWP got approved without any of these ?

Also, for SOWP do we have to do upfront medical or only when the CIC requests for it?

What if the spouse doesn't have a job or property? Does anyone SOWP got approved without any of these ? It weakens home ties & finances.

Also, for SOWP do we have to do upfront medical or only when the CIC requests for it? Medical is necessary. If not done upfront, you can wait for IRCC to send a request

thank you! I know the home ties are extremely important. What can i do in my case now to show that? I could get her and admission or buy a small property, is that too suspicious or should i try? Do you have any other suggestions?

All of those are too suspicious and not credible

You can show what she is doing right now and explain ties in an LOE

ok and how about if i try to get a gift deed from her father, have that money deposited in out joint account back home and apply for her TRV after? is that suspicious too?

Yes this is a flag too since the money came overnight. Even if this is a gift, while it takes care of the Financial thing, her home ties is very weak

ok thank you ! Do i need to write a letter of invitation for my spouse to support her SOWP application? Most of them i found online are for visit visa. Any samples available for SOWP invitation letter?
