What is your status? When did spouse’s WP expire? Reasons for refusal? Spouse cannot work.Applied for my Husband's extension on May 28th.
Received refusal letter on Sept 24th.
Again applied for Restoration + Extension of SOWP on Sept 28th.
Waiting till then.

I am on PGWP until 2027.
Spouse's WP expires on July 30th. He was already on Maintained status and not working currently.

Initially i applied for his extension before my PGWP was approved. So i believe they refused his application because of that. Now i have my PGWP approved and have a NOC code job, i applied by submitting my employment letter, paystubs, bank statements, etc. to supportBut why was spouse refused and what did you do to address it?
