Same for me. My spouse and I applied for BOWP (spouse) and SOWP (me) together on Sep 4 and now still waiting. I also called IRCC and the agent said he put a note saying the processing time has elapsed.

I don't know actually.. Some say one can contact the Member of Parliament to expedite the process. Not sure if this is true.

Also guys regarding the new rule by IRCC. The sowp for all of us currently in Canada will get affected or is it just for the new applicants outside Canada? Because I am looking to extend my SP and SOWP for my 2nd course starting in Sep 2024
