In Facebook, I saw someone's location amendment who applied in July beginning got approval on the 2nd week of December

Posted processing times are always estimated averages so it can take both shorter or longer to process as the posted time. As others have suggested comparing with others who have recently applied is the best way to determine a more accurate processing time.
