SOWP Delay Help

Hi All, I applied for SOWP from India on December 15 2023. My application still shows in progress. I have raised multiple web forms but I am not getting any response it has been more than 21 weeks since any update on the application. Does anyone know what I can do next?

Hi, did you do upfront medical?
When did the eligibility review start?
When did you get a medical request?

Hi yes it’s an upfront medical, the eligibility review is not started yet it’s showing not started since the application was submitted. No medical request the tracker shows no need for medical if that changes they will let me know

Ow wow, I have submitted SOWP on 29.12 for my hubby, eligibility started ~ a week ago, no medical request yet, tho.
Send another webform maybe?
