I sent mails to Delhi immigration.
I even have them a call
There response on call was ,they cannot give status updates just it is under process.
And no reply to my mails
Finally what I can do is just wait nothing else

What is the reason for ur TRV rejection ? When she went to canada for study ?
Try to reinstall Adobe in the system..and open the file from the folder not from the browser

Reason: given economic conditions, employment prospects, considering your travel history, .......

does not make any sense. my wife went to canada on Jan 3 2017,

Hi Guys,

I am from Delhi and my wife is on a Student visa. One of the consultant told me to apply for TRV as its easy and fast process. But my application got rejected. Now I am planning to apply for the SOWP online but not able to download the form, even update the adobe also but no use.. Please anyone advice on it.

Also please share the details of SOWP.

My Documents(Applicant):

Passport(includes spouse name it's not mandetory but to avoid relationship refusal,it ll be good)
Educational documents provisional certificate is enough
passport size photo
Letter of explanation
Parents Letter
Experience Letter
Marriage certificate
Photos of Marriage around 5 pics are enough
National ID

Husband's Documents:

Letter of Invitation
Lease agreement
Visa(work permit) u can show ur wife study permit
Job/Offer letter Showing his duties/responsibilities as well
Pay stubs(3 month latest)
Educational degree
Tax returns
Experience letter
Bank statement(6 months)
Job Noc code u no need this

Yes medicals must..it's ur wish to upload upfront or you can go for medicals once you receive message from cic

hey !!
Im just trying to keep myself calm as they state 10 weeks means 70 days.
Only thing bothering me is that 2-3 of my friends who applied in dec end are getting their med req in around 37-38 days.

And i have gone through other forums too, ppl getting med req in 70-80days sometime.

Yeah Priyabhee,my medical passed ..you don't worry,u ll get it soon..once u receive medical process ll be fast
